Consignor Contract
Our consignors receive 70% of their selling price. The other 30% is a tax-deductible donation which goes directly to our Children's and Youth Ministries.
- Items are required to be tagged correctly or they will not be accepted.
- Tags must be printed by our designated printing company.
- No out of season items will be accepted.
- Stains, rips, tears, broken items, or items in any form of disrepair will NOT be accepted.
- All clothing items between NB - size 10 must be on children’s hangers. Sizes 12-16 may be on adult hangers. Adult wire hangers will not be accepted.
- Do not safety pin items to hangers. You may pin clothing items to each other to avoid separation.
- All items not being donated must be picked up between 3:00pm-4:00pm on Saturday. No exceptions.
- Limit of 15 pairs of shoes per consignor. No out of season shoes will be accepted.
- When checking in, clothes need to be organized by size and gender.
- No diaper genies will be accepted and potty chairs will be accepted only if in like new condition.
- Car seats 6 years or older will NOT be accepted.
- Do NOT put any tape below the dotted line of the tag.
- All prices need to be made in $1 increments. The computer will automatically round down if there is a decimal point.
- When taping the consignor tag to an item place the tag on the item and apply tape only above the dotted line.
